Day 8 & into Day 9We have had an awesome final few days here. We went to the Western Wall at night on the evening of the Shabbat. We pretty much had it to ourselves & it was a wonderful experience. Day 6 & 7WOW… Sorry, no blog yesterday…. we were all a bit overwhelmed. Just to re-cap briefly, after watching an early morning sunrise over the Dead Sea, we left for Jerusalem.As for Jerusalem… all we can say is WOW.Our tour guide brought us into Jerusalem the very route that Jesus & the ancients would have traveled up over the desert ridge and over the mountains into Jerusalem. Day 3Today was an amazing day! We traveled from the Galilee region to the northernmost part of Israel and prayed over the water sources at the base of the Mt. Hermon mountain range. Day 2We left Haifa early today and drove north through many places where Jesus ministered. We spent much of the day on or by the Sea of Galilee. Our tour guide, Abraham, was able to get us a boat ride on the water. It was powerful to think about Jesus walking on the water…calming the storm…. and speaking forth to the multitudes the Beatitudes as well as His teaching about the Kingdom of Heaven.
